NOTICE AND TAKEDOWN

Last updated: 2026-05-07. This page describes how to report illegal or infringing content. We comply with the EU Digital Services Act notice-and-action requirements (Art. 16 DSA) and, for users in the United States, with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. What you can report

  • Illegal content under EU or applicable national law (including CSAM, terrorist content, hate speech, threats, harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery).
  • Content that infringes your copyright, trademark, or personality rights.
  • Impersonation of you or a third party.
  • Privacy violations (GDPR data subject complaints).

2. In-app report (preferred)

Logged-in users can use the in-app Report button on any image card or gallery item. Reports go to the moderation queue and are reviewed by an administrator. You will receive a status update on the same channel where you reported.

3. Notice content (Art. 16 DSA)

To process a notice we need:

  • An explanation of why you consider the content illegal.
  • A precise indication of the location of the content (URL or card ID).
  • Your name and email, unless the notice concerns a criminal offense listed in Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU (offenses against children), in which case anonymous reports are accepted.
  • A statement confirming, in good faith, that the information in the notice is accurate and complete.

4. DMCA notice (US)

To submit a DMCA takedown notice, include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Service.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

5. What happens after we receive a notice

  • We confirm receipt without undue delay.
  • We assess the notice. Manifestly illegal content (CSAM, credible threats) is removed immediately and reported to competent authorities where required.
  • Other content is reviewed against our Terms and applicable law. We may temporarily restrict access pending review.
  • We notify the affected user of any decision and of available redress mechanisms (Art. 17 DSA).

6. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was wrong, you may submit a counter-notice describing the content, why you believe it complies with our Terms and applicable law, and your contact information. We will reconsider in good faith.

7. Misuse of notices

Submitting notices in bad faith or repeatedly without basis may result in account suspension and may expose you to liability under Art. 23(2) DSA or applicable national law.

8. Out of scope

We are not able to act on disputes about content hosted on third party services. For provider-hosted infrastructure (Supabase, OpenAI, Google), please contact the relevant provider directly.
